Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
- phone us after 10.30am but ideally after 2pm and we will tell you what the results are
Your doctor/nurse will advise you about the time you should wait before telephoning, (for example cervical smear results can take up to 6 weeks and X-rays up to 2 weeks to be received at the surgery).
