Your Practice along with other practices that work together as part of a group known as Hyndburn Central Primary Care Network (PCN) is looking at best ways to improve access to your General Practice services. We are particularly looking at best ways to provide appointments outside of normal GP practice appointment times (8am-6:30pm).
We would value your feedback to allow us to design our services to allow patients to be seen outside of normal practice hours that best meet patients’ needs. Together as a group of practices, we are looking to provide appointments on weekdays between the hours 6:30pm and 8pm and on Saturdays 9am to 5pm. This may not be at your normal GP practice site, but the service will be very similar to what you would receive in your normal GP practice.
We are keen to know in general:
- what preferences you have for appointment times
- what types of appointments would be your preference
- how far you can travel to access services.
