Pendle Valley Practice now have many ways you can contact us to request an appointment, you don’t need to sit in the phone queue anymore.

Or on the telephone as normal: 01282 803 736 where our Care Navigators will either send you a questionnaire to complete via text or will ask you some additional details to ensure we deal with your problem in the most appropriate way.
You will fill in a small form providing us with vital details of your problem and how long you have had it for. All appointment requests will be reviewed by a clinician and dealt with as appropriate. IF YOU NEED TO BE SEEN THAT DAY YOU WILL BE. If your issue is non urgent, we will offer you an appointment within 10 days.
Our Care Navigators are no longer able to book you straight into an appointment, please be kind to them.

Staff training dates
Our practices will be closing from 1pm on the following dates for the afternoon for staff training:
